The challenge.

Airline Network had built a successful flight business for the phone era, but the web changed how people book travel, and the name gave no clue what the company actually did.

The task wasn’t a lick of paint. It was a rename, a repositioning and an online relaunch, carrying millions of pounds of existing bookings safely across to a brand built for search and self-serve.

The approach

Four stages. A name that says the product.

Attract.

Renamed for the search era. Netflights.com says the product in one word and carries its own web address. The name itself became the media plan's hardest-working asset.

Engage.

Launched it everywhere. TV, radio, broad-reach outdoor, direct mail and press introduced the new name with one consistent story (flights, hotels, holidays, car hire) until it felt familiar fast.

Convert.

Rebuilt booking online. The relaunched site turned brand awareness into self-serve bookings, with offers, deals and 24-hour worldwide sales built into the experience.

Grow.

Kept it consistent for 15 years. A decade and a half of joined-up campaigns (from brochures to internal comms) kept the brand coherent while the travel market kept changing.

Your brand could be the next story.

Whether it’s a revival, a relaunch or growth from a standing start, it begins with one honest conversation.
